During a consultation, we gather as much information as possible from the client. We want to know your dream vision for the space you’re renovating or creating. After establishing your expectations, we will provide you with an in-depth, formalized estimate catered to your specific design elements and preferences. It’s important to have a design in place in order to accurately price materials, and we’re happy to assist with small-scale project design in-house. If you’re looking to remodel with structural changes or create a new build (including additions), we’ll walk you through the process and connect you with local supports who can help with the preliminary stages of larger projects, including: designers, architects, draftsman, and structural engineers. If you’re already working with an architect or designer and have plans available, we’re happy to review them and provide you with a proposal.

Our team is accustomed to working in homes where clients currently live. We make every effort to keep the home free and clear of debris and clean on-site daily. We generally book a project in one consecutive block so as to provide the quickest completion possible. We work long days during the week, and attempt to keep weekends clear.

After a consultation, we will provide you with a formalized Project Bid and detailed outline of work to be provided. If you’d like to move forward after review of our bid, we’ll provide you with a Project Service Package outlining your accepted Bid, design (if renders/plans available), project timeline, and Service Contract, including terms and warranties. Our main form of payment accepted is by check. We regretfully have to charge a 2.6% transaction fee for credit card payments.
